Process of mango juice production line
This product line is suitable for processing tropical fruits such as mango and pineapple. It can produce clear juice, cloudy juice, concentrated fruit juice and jam. The production line is mainly composed of bubbling cleaning machine, hoist, fruit machine, brush washing fruit, cutting machine, precooking machine, peeled and nuclear pulping machine, crusher, belt type juice, high machine, concentration equipment, sterilizer and filling machine. The production line has advanced design concept and high automation level. The main equipment is made of high quality stainless steel, which fully meets the hygienic requirements of food processing.
Process of mango juice production line：
Raw material selection, cleaning, sorting, removing, pre heating, enzyme killing, refining, refining, concentrating - degassing - homogenizing - sterilization - filling - finished products. It includes raw material pretreatment system, core beating system, concentration evaporation system, mixing system, homogenizing degassing system and sterilization filling system.
Raw material: fresh mango.
Finished products: concentrated juice, concentrated sauce, juice drink, etc.
Capacity: 10 tons / day - 2500 tons / day
Juice yield: about 75% (25% of fruit peel and nucleus)
Solid content of raw materials: 10~12Brix
The concentration of the final concentrated juice: 65~72Brix
Product packaging: aseptic bag / Hall / glass bottle /PET bottle
